Terms and conditions
Last updated July 22, 2026
These terms govern access to the TurboStrategy website and software. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and the risk disclosure.
Software service
TurboStrategy provides a software license that can connect to one supported exchange account and execute a predefined BTC/USDC spot strategy. TurboStrategy does not take custody of customer funds and does not promise any level of return.
Eligibility and customer responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and use the service in your location. You are responsible for your exchange account, security settings, tax obligations, bot allocation, subscription selection and decision to configure, activate or stop the software.
Subscriptions and renewal
Subscriptions are sold for a yearly term and priced according to the supported maximum bot allocation. Unless cancelled before renewal, a subscription may renew for another yearly term. Cancelling renewal does not normally end access before the current paid term expires.
- Use the plan that covers your chosen maximum bot allocation
- One exchange account per license
- Payment and refund details shown during purchase form part of these terms
Acceptable use and security
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, reverse engineer protected systems or provide exchange credentials through insecure channels. Use dedicated trade only access and never enable withdrawals for TurboStrategy.
Risk and availability
Trading involves risk and the service may experience maintenance, outages, exchange failures or other interruptions. No result, uptime level or uninterrupted execution is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property and suspension
TurboStrategy and its licensors retain rights in the software, brand, interface and documentation. Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, abuse, legal compliance or protection of the service.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TurboStrategy is not responsible for market losses, exchange failures or indirect losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.
