Depending on how you use the service, we may process account details, contact details, subscription information, support communications, technical logs, device information and information required to operate a supported exchange connection.

Why we process information

Information is used to provide and secure the service, maintain accounts, process support requests, communicate important service information, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and improve the product.

Optional analytics

Analytics remains disabled until you make an explicit choice. If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager may deliver the standard version of Google Analytics 4 for acquisition, conversion and product funnel reporting. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled. We do not use session replay.

Analytics events may include page paths, language, campaign parameters, button identifiers, scroll depth, video progress and onboarding stages. We do not send names, email addresses, passwords, API credentials, wallet addresses, exchange balances, payment addresses or form contents to analytics. Logged-in usage may be linked to a pseudonymous internal user identifier after consent.

Your analytics preference is stored for up to 180 days in a first-party cookie shared only across TurboStrategy subdomains. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences button. Refusing analytics does not limit access to the website or application.

Exchange connections

TurboStrategy uses restricted exchange access to provide automated trading functionality. Customers should create dedicated credentials with only the required trading permissions and keep withdrawal and transfer permissions disabled.

Service providers and retention

We may use infrastructure, email, analytics, scheduling, security and payment service providers where necessary to operate the service. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the service, security, accounting and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and changes

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material updates to this policy will be published on this page.
