Frequently asked questions
Does TurboStrategy hold my funds?
No. TurboStrategy does not custody, receive, withdraw or pool customer assets. Your assets remain in your own exchange account, and withdrawal or transfer permission is not required.
Which exchanges are supported?
TurboStrategy trades BTC/USDC on your own Bybit, MEXC or Hyperliquid account.
How is my exchange account protected?
You create an API key with trade permission only and withdrawals stay disabled. On Bybit and MEXC the key can be restricted to TurboStrategy server addresses. Hyperliquid uses a separate agent wallet with trading permissions and no withdrawal access to your funds. You can revoke access from your exchange.
What does it cost?
A yearly software subscription based on your maximum bot allocation: from $249 per year for a $5,000 maximum allocation, up to $49,999 per year for a $1,000,000 maximum allocation. Your money remains in your own exchange account and payment is in USDC.
How do I get started?
Setup takes minutes: choose a plan, connect your exchange account with a trade only API key, review the setup and choose when to activate the software. You can stop it and revoke exchange access.
Is automated crypto trading risky?
Yes. All trading involves risk and returns are never guaranteed. TurboStrategy follows a predefined BTC/USDC spot strategy with built-in risk controls and uses no leverage. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
